'COCO LOCO' - Super cocktail voor zwoele zomeravonden - COCO LOCO - Super cocktail for hot summer nights

De temperaturen bereikten de laatste dagen zowat de oppervlaktetemperatuur van de zon. Zelfs 's avonds koelde het met moeite af. Ideaal om een lekkere, verfrissende cocktail te mengen: de 'coco loco'.

Wat hebben we nodig? Wel, tamelijk veel... maar het loont absoluut de moeite!

 

- 1 verse kokosnoot met melk

- 1 kop ijsgruis

- 4 delen zilveren tequila (60ml)

- 2 delen gin (30ml)

- 2 delen witte rum (30ml)

- 4 delen ananassap (60ml)

- 1 tl rietsuikersiroop

- 1/2 limoen

 

Open de kokosnoot voorzichtig, zodat er niets van de inhoud verloren gaat. Schep het ijs erin. Alle vloeibare

ingrediënten erin schenken. Limoen boven de kokosnoot uitknijpen en erin laten vallen. Goed roeren. Klaar. Als de kokosnoot te klein is of het wordt een knoeiboel kun je natuurlijk ook alles in een groot glas serveren. Naar mijn mening is dat zeker even lekker :-). Een super cocktail waar de 'loco' in de titel zich na enige tijd zelf verklaart ;-). Chears!

 

 

 

 

 

The temperatures the last few days almost reached the surface temperature of the sun. Even at night it barely cooled down. Ideal to mix a nice, refreshing cocktail: the 'coco loco'

What do we need? Well, quite a lot... but it's worth it!

 

- 1 fresh coconut with milk

- 1 cup of crushed ice

- 4 parts of silver tequila (60ml)

- 2 parts of gin (30ml)

- 2 parts pf white rum (30ml)

- 4 parts of pineapple juice

- 1 teaspoon of  cane sugar syrup

- 1/2 lemon

 

Carefully open the coconut without spilling the content. Put in the crushed ice. Add all the liquid ingredients. Squeeze the lemon and drop it in the cocktail. Stir well. Done! If the coconut is too small you can also serve everything in a big glass. To my opinion a super cocktail where the 'loco' in the title explains itself after a while ;-). Chears!
