We're having a very nice Indian Summer with temperatures up to 23°C, so it's still coctail weather. This is an whopper: the Absinth Hammer, a delicious longdrink ending in a true sledgehammer blow to the head :-)
You take 50ml wodka, 20ml absinth, 40ml cane syrup, 60m orange juce and 60ml grapefruit juce. Put it in a blender with quite some crushed ice and blend till you have a smooth drink. Pour in a big glas, top off with some fresh mint and enjoy. Cheers!
We hebben een heerlijke Indian Summer, met temperaturen tot 23°C, dus is het nog altijd cocktail weer. Deze is geweldig: de Absinth Hammer, een heerlijke longdrink die naar het einde toe letterlijk aankomt als een hamer :-).
Je neemt 50ml wodka, 20ml absinth, 40ml rietsuikersiroop, 60ml sinaasappelsap en 60 ml pompelmoessap. Giet alles in een blender met flink wat ijsgruis en mix tot je een glad drankje hebt. Giet in een groot glas, een takje munt erop en... geniet. Cheers!
